I would take your business elsewhere! I've had to many negative experiences here. My truck is in that shop constantly and for the same issues over and over. Each time they need to keep my truck for days/weeks, which I need the truck for work and is a big inconvenience. This last time was the final straw. Brought my truck in for a couple of different issues one of which is a motor ticking noise which has been repaired about 6 different times in the last two years. Also had a drivability issue with the truck pulling me back and forth as I accelerate and decelerate. After two weeks and $1300 later, my advisor went down the list of what was done including an alignment which I was charged for. I drive the truck a few miles down the street and it's still behaving the same as what I brought it in for, so I turn around and go right back to the service department where I told my advisor that the issue was not resolved. He had the tech come out to talk about it and the tech stated that it needed an alignment as it was badly out of alignment when they had it in the shop. I look over at the advisor who had just charged me for a alignment that was supposedly done to get told they must have forgot to send it off for the alignment. I've wrenched on cars for many years and have a bit of automotive knowledge and told them that the issue I was feeling didn't feel like just alignment issue, felt like it was an issue in the rear end. They got it in for an alignment and called me back that afternoon indicating everything was all good to go and was ready for pickup. I came in the next morning to get the truck. The alignment specs were there which showed the alignment wasn't that far off. Drove off the lot and same issue still there. At this point I'm done and also need my truck back. I go to les schwab who in the same day I got it back from the dealer were able to diagnose and repair it correctly. Another $1400 bill but am back on the road again. Would have been nice to spend just that $1400 and only a day in the shop from the beginning. I won't even go into the other past experiences along with my wife's past experiences with the service department. I'm a pretty easygoing person and have given multiple chances which I know is on me but after being charged for things that weren't done and charged for repair that didn't fix my issue I brought it in for I've gotta take my business elsewhere.
As always great service. Doesn’t matter if it’s recall work, scheduled maintenance, or questions that I have. They take care of me and the truck. I follow their recommendations for service and my 2016 Ram 2500 remains like new. They run competitive deals, keep me informed, and make sure the vehicle is safe and ready. It’s worth a little extra to me that I have that confidence when I’m on the road towing 14,000 pounds up the mountain.
I brought my Grand Caravan to Rainier to have the shocks replaced and am so happy I did. Working with the service advisors has always been pleasant and this trip was no exception. My advisor on this trip was Bryan and he was very accommodating to my needs, making sure I have the van back at the end of the day since it is our only vehicle, now. Thank you, Bryan for your patience and courtesy. The van rides like new. Thank you, Rainier for also providing a courtesy car with a pleasant driver (Lynn).
Love the service department. Dion is very knowledgeable and Ellyn is very personable. Getting the text messages for reminders and updates on the progress of your vehicle is a large benefit.
I just want say thanks, especially to Bryan. My experience at the service department was comfortable discussing the repairs for my Grand Caravan and Bryan was instrumental in facilitating every step of the way. Thank you for the service you and your team provided to me and to every customer you have helped. It just outstanding.
The whole service team at Rainer Dodge was amazing. The phone call to remind me of my appt was crucial and much appreciated. Then, getting the recall work done the same day enabled me to make it home on time to my family. All around, an excellent experience
Best sales staff I have dealt with. Ask for Lucas or Rob. They are great. We were Lucas’ first sale and the teamwork and coaching I saw to assist Lucas was impressive. I got a front row seat to see the sales manager Lu work with his staff. He has a great approach to how he treats his staff and it appears to be a great working environment. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. We went to at least 10 different dealerships looking to buy a truck and by far Rainer Dodge was the best experience. After the purchase, We took the truck in for a bed liner, a loose seat, and floor mats. I felt the service staff were very friendly and truly there to assist you in getting your vehicle serviced. They made me feel like I was the only customer they had and yet they were very busy.
Had a great experience recently at Rainier Ram in Olympia. I have a new Ram 2500 diesel. The service department reviewed a plan for me to follow that would optimize the trucks performance. The first oil change and updates were preformed under budget, and quickly. Hope to continue this relationship with Rainier Ram. Cheers.
